This Trio is made up of three standalone patterns. While perfectly functional and practical by themselves, these patterns work best when used in combination. The Trio gives you three different patterns to stitch onto several items while still achieving a cohesive look. It’s perfect when you want to gift matching handmade items to multiple people in the same family or group of friends.
Using a handful of beginner-friendly stitches, every pattern is easy and quick to stitch up. They are the perfect size to decorate small items with such as book covers, toiletry bags or baby towels. Every design measures approximately 3.5″ (9cm), and fits snuggly into a 5″ (12.5cm) hoop.
There are three designs included in this bundle:
- one standalone motif – a gorgeous bouquet of flowers which works well on smaller fabrics
- one circular motif – a round shape of neatly arranged carnations with greenery
- one seamless motif – a pattern which can be stitched repeatedly onto the same fabric to seamlessly cover a large area
The designs use 6 colors, just like every Stitch Palette on this site, so you can freely substitute colors with your favorite palette. Moreover, the printable PDFs come with a dedicated Color Selection Worksheet page, which gives you the power to test your chosen palette against this pattern, using some handy colored pencils or markers.
