Using a handful of beginner-friendly stitches, this pattern is easy and quick to stitch up. It’s the perfect size to decorate small items with such as drawstring bags, book covers, or baby towels. The design measures approximately 3.5″ (9cm), and fits snuggly into a 5″ (12.5cm) hoop.
This design uses 6 colors, just like every Stitch Palette on this site, so you can freely substitute colors with your favorite palette. Moreover, the printable PDF comes with a dedicated Color Selection Worksheet page, which gives you the power to test your chosen palette against this pattern, using some handy colored pencils or markers – see the product images for examples of color variations.
